Vendor Remarks Validator
Vendor Remarks Validator is responsible for ensuring no booking file is auto cancelled by the airlines due to Ticket Numbers not being notified by the vendors deadline. At each scheduled time, this tool reads each booking file in your agency and looks for un-ticketed bookings containing Vendor Remarks indicating it may be auto cancelled in the next few days. Management are able to monitor an Action queue for any bookings that may need attention to ensure seats remain held.
